Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C

  • Lightly brush the roll with egg wash for a glossy, golden finish.

  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until pastry is golden brown and filling is cooked through.

  • Let rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Storage

  • Keep refrigerated. Use within 3 days.

  • Freeze for up to 3 months; thaw in refrigerator before cooking.
